Pilates Suspension Method (PSM)™ combines contemporary and traditional mat Pilates and equipment-based Pilates exercises on suspension apparatus. This class is open for newbies and for the more advanced Pilates students. Full body workout, with sequences that build to help you feel confident on the suspension apparatus. Coach Ren will meet you where you are and offer regressions or progressions based on what is best for your fitness level.
