Studio Policies

PURCHASE POLICY
  • Single Classes (drop-ins) expire 30 days from purchase.

  • 5, 10, and 20 Class Packages expire 6 months from purchase.

  • Unlimited packages start on the day of purchase.

  • Memberships (monthly or annual) are automatically recurring until canceled. You must contact us to cancel your membership.

  • Monthly Membership has a 6-month minimum commitment. 

  • SŌL BARRE is not responsible for accidental purchases. 

  • Class packages and memberships cannot be shared or transferred.

  • There are no refunds on classes paid for.

BOOKING POLICY
  • Please book online to reserve your spot in each class!

  • Bookings open 30 days in advance, meaning you can reserve your spot in any class 30 days into the future.

  • Bookings close 1 hour prior to the class start time. If it is less than 1 hour to a class start time and you want to attend, send us a message or walk-in.
  • Walk-ins are accepted, however please note that class may be full, or cancelled if there are low sign-ups. Therefore we do recommend booking online!
  • We reserve the right to cancel a class with less than 3 students registered. If we need to cancel a class, we will make every effort to notify you at least 1 hour in advance. Class credits will be returned to you.
 
 
CLASS POLICY/STUDIO ETIQUETTE
  • Please arrive on time! We do not have a receptionist, so the door is locked while class is in session.

  • Need to leave early? We highly recommend staying for the last stretch, but if you need to go, please give your instructor a heads up before class (so we know you are okay!) While we appreciate you helping to put away your equipment, please leave your equipment where it is and quietly exit the studio.

  • Classes, workshops, and events must be paid in full before the start of class.

  • A liability and media release waiver must be signed before participating in class.

  • Minimum age to take class is 16 years old. If you are under 18, we require a parent/guardian signature.

  • No cell phones allowed during class - please leave them in the locker/cubby on silent or off.

  • No outdoor shoes in the workout area - please remove and leave in the locker/cubby.

  • We do not offer childcare. Children are not permitted to wait in the lobby area while you take class.

  • While we would love to welcome your furry babies, please leave them at home.

 
CANCELLATION POLICY

  • All classes have a 2 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel before the 2 hour window, the class credit will be returned your account. If  you cancel within the 2 hour window,  you will forfeit the class credit. Unlimited passes or memberships will be charged a $10 late cancellation fee.

  • If you no-show the class, you will forfeit the class credit. Unlimited passes or memberships will be charged a $10 no-show fee. We always ask that you late cancel instead of no show as to give the instructor time to adjust their class or allow another client to join into the class.

  • On the occasion that we would waive your fee, the discretion is up to the owner as to whether or not a refund/waiving will be granted. We know that things come up unexpectedly or emergencies happen.

  • There is a 24-hour cancellation policy on all special events, private classes, workshops, etc. If you do not cancel within this time frame you will be charged in full.
