Our Mat Pilates class focuses on strength, stability, posture, breath control, and flexibility. Each class will work all muscle groups’ strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles and using slow, controlled movements. Mat Pilates is a challenging yet safe method to strengthen and sculpt your body and to feel increased mobility in your everyday movements.
